We are a small breeder of Shih-tzu in Quezon City, Philippines. We are also a member of the Philippine Canine Club, Inc. and the Shih-Tzu Fanciers Club of the Philippines. All pet puppies are sold on a non-breeding agreement and will be spayed/neutered before they leave. We only release puppies at least 3 months of age and after they have completed all of their vaccinations.
